This has been a hard year for so many. We believe our pre-apprenticeship program brings hope and opportunity to people whose communities have been historically harmed, overlooked, and pushed aside—people who are disproportionately affected by the public health crisis and the economic disruption that have hurt us all.
We are uniquely positioned to help our partners in the trades and their signatory contractors address local hiring needs and continue working together to ensure New Yorkers of all backgrounds have access to good, safe union jobs. Our job is to help them make their dreams for themselves and their families a reality.
